Honestly, Lionel, was pretty much the only one who seem to “give a hoot” about my situation. I was upside down in my first home and my wife and I were already carrying a mortgage on a second property. I was becoming financially stretched and was running out of time and options. Fortunately, I had an opportunity to meet with Lionel and received additional support from Sean and Rachel. I followed their instructions very closely and prayed “every” night!!! These guys helped relieved me of my property just a few days ago!!! Lionel….is the real deal! There are a lot of “shady” cats in the real estate game!....but Sterling Property Holdings was ALWAYS professional, HONEST and straight forward about their abilities. You guys…. Rock!!!!
