About Us
Our mission at Sterling Property Holdings is to locate and acquire below market properties in various emerging locations. We spend countless hours inspecting prospective properties, whether they are Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, short sales, mortgage notes, or pre-foreclosures in an effort to find investment properties that make sense. Our company has successfully bought and sold numerous single and multifamily homes within the Atlanta area and have effectively negotiated several million dollars worth of mortgage debt for various property owners in distress.
Ownership and Management Team
Lionel Sterling is full time real estate investor along with being the CEO of Sterling Property Holdings, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Network Engineering. Formally a network system engineer, he now heads his company in generating business within the highly competitive real estate industry by means of buying, selling, developing and holding various sorts of real property. He is continually involved in real estate acquisitions and has personally purchased and sold well over 100 properties throughout his career.
Rachael Sterling is the marketing director for Sterling Property Holdings and responsible for the design and implementation of business marketing plans. As a licensed real estate agent she has been greatly impactful in successfully negotiating countless buy and sale contracts on the behalf of SPH.
Jacques Alabre is acquisition manager and responsible for negotiations of contractor bids, renovations timeline management, section 8 inspections and pre-purchase REO property field reviews. An active investor himself, Mr. Alabre is fully aware of what kind of properties should be implemented into Sterling Property Holdings turnkey system.
Sean Blaine is in charge of management and rental placements of Sterling Property Holding’s portfolio. His responsibilities include screening and obtaining full credit risk reports, employment history and overall back ground verification. Sean Blaine also acts as the liaison between Housing Choice tenant applicants and various housing authorities, making sure that all documents are properly submitted and tenants are expeditiously placed in their new homes. Additionally, Mr. Blaine plays a large part in marketing of various areas within SPH.
Andrew Stevens is Sterling Property Holdings’ outside council. He was admitted to practice in the State and the Superior Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Stevens practice includes landlord-tenant disputes, representation for minor criminal offenses, transactional matters and real estate closings.
